Who is selling

These terms govern distance sales through this store, which operates under the trade name Tailor Murals, whose owner is Yeison Alexander Cuevas Gil, tax ID (NIF) Y2825608A, with address at Calle Aladierna 1, 28229 Villanueva del Pardillo, Madrid (Spain). You can contact us on our contact page.

Purpose

We sell made-to-measure wallpaper murals produced to order, as well as physical sample packs. Products are printed to the measurements and material the customer selects on the product page.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros and include the applicable VAT. The mural price is calculated per square metre according to the chosen material, and the final amount depends on the measurements you enter. Shipping is included.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price in force at the time you confirm the order will always apply.

How an order is placed

You choose the design, the material and the measurements of your wall, add the product to the cart and complete payment. You will receive a confirmation email. The contract is deemed concluded with that confirmation.

The measurements are the customer's responsibility. We recommend adding 6 to 10 cm to the width and the height, and measuring at three points and keeping the largest measurement. A mural made to the confirmed measurements cannot be returned because of a measuring error.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at the time of purchase. The order does not go into production until payment is confirmed.

Right of withdrawal

Murals, being made to measure, are excluded from the right of withdrawal under article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. See the returns policy for the cases we do cover.

Colour variations

Because they are printed to order, slight colour variations may occur between different batches. If a project is carried out in phases and the colour must match, we recommend ordering all the material in the same order.
