Shipping policy

All murals are printed to order to the measurements you give us. There is no stock: your mural does not exist until you order it.

Lead times

Production: 1 to 2 working days of printing.

Delivery: 3 to 5 working days in total from order confirmation, including printing and transport.

Orders confirmed on a weekend or public holiday start counting on the next working day.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on all orders, in Spain, in the rest of the European Union and in the international destinations we deliver to, including the sample pack.

Physical samples are shipped separately and usually arrive before the mural.

How it travels

The mural is shipped rolled in a rigid tube, never folded, so that it does not get creased. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as it leaves production.

On receipt

Check the package before signing. If the tube arrives visibly damaged, note it on the carrier's delivery note and let us know with a photo: it makes the claim much easier.

Open the parcel and check the mural before hiring an installer. We recommend not booking one until you have checked that everything is correct.

Delivery areas

We deliver to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and to the rest of the European Union. For shipments outside the EU, write to us before placing your order.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, import taxes or customs duties may apply that are not included in the price and are payable by the recipient.
