Refund policy

Quality guaranteed. If the mural arrives damaged, with a printing defect or with measurements different from those you confirmed, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to let us know: we will replace it free of charge or refund the amount, at your choice.

A made-to-measure product has no right of withdrawal

Each mural is made to the exact measurements you give us and cannot be resold. For that reason we do not accept returns because of a change of mind.

This is not our own condition: article 103.c of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, excludes from the 14-day right of withdrawal goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

We inform you of this before purchase, and by confirming the order you expressly accept that you lose the right of withdrawal for that product.

What we do cover

We replace the mural free of charge, no questions asked, in these cases:

It arrives damaged in transport.
It has a printing defect.
The measurements do not match those you confirmed in the order.

Let us know within 14 calendar days of delivery, attaching a photo of the problem and your order number. We resolve it with a reprint or, if you prefer, a refund.
