All murals are printed to order based on the measurements you provide. There is no stock: your mural does not exist until you order it.
Lead Times
Production: 1 to 2 business days for printing.
Delivery: 3 to 5 business days in total from the time the order is confirmed, including printing and shipping.
Orders confirmed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders, within Spain as well as the rest of the European Union and all other international destinations we ship to, including the sample.
Physical samples are shipped separately and usually arrive before the mural.
How it ships
The mural is shipped rolled in a rigid tube, never folded, to ensure there are no marks. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as it leaves production.
Upon receipt
Check the package before signing. If the tube arrives visibly damaged, please note this on the courier's delivery note and notify us with a photo: this greatly simplifies the claim process.
Open the package and check the mural before hiring an installer. We recommend not scheduling an appointment until you have verified that everything is correct.
Delivery Zones
We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the rest of the European Union. For shipments outside the EU, please contact us before placing your order.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, import taxes or duties may apply, which are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
