Guaranteed quality. If the mural arrives damaged, with a printing defect, or with measurements different from the ones you confirmed, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to notify us: we will replace it at no cost or refund your money, your choice.
Custom-made products are not eligible for withdrawal
Each mural is manufactured to the exact measurements you provide and cannot be resold. For this reason, we do not accept returns due to a change of mind.
This is not our policy: Article 103(c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, excludes goods made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
We inform you of this before the purchase, and by confirming the order, you expressly accept that you waive the right of withdrawal for that product.
What we do cover
We will replace the mural at no cost, no questions asked, in the following cases:
- It arrives damaged during transport.
- It has a printing defect.
- The measurements do not correspond to those you confirmed in the order.
Notify us within 14 calendar days following delivery, attaching a photo of the issue and your order number. We will resolve it with a reprint or, if you prefer, a full refund.
Legal warranty
Regardless of the above, all products have the three-year legal warranty of conformity provided for in Article 120 of the same consolidated text.
Samples
The sample pack is eligible for return within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided it is returned in good condition. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Precisely so that the measurements are not a gamble, we recommend ordering samples before ordering the entire wall.
